Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Milk Addict, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully:

Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Faulty or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@milkaddict.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
